Description

  • Ingredients
  • Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolates, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Peptides), Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Artificial Flavors, Lecithin, Acesulfame Potassium, Aminogen, Lactase.
  • Details
  • Whey Protein Isolates are 90% pure protein by weight. They are the purest and most expensive form of whey protein that exists. That's why they are the first ingredients you read on the 100% Whey Protein label. By using Whey Protein Isolates as our primary protein source, we're able to pack 23 grams of the purest, muscle-building protein per serving, and a lot less of the fat, cholesterol, lactose, and other stuff that you can do without. There's no question this is the standard by which other whey proteins are measured. Beyond the Basics: Exclusive blend of Microfiltered and Ion-Exchange Whey Protein Isolates, Ultrafiltered Whey Protein Concentrate, and HYDROWHEY Hydrolyzed Whey Peptides. HIGHER PROTEIN PERCENTAGE (23 grams of protein; 81% protein by weight). Includes HYDROWHEY, strategically hydrolyzed, low molecular weight whey peptides to make protein faster acting. Contains LACTASE and AMINOGEN digestive enzymes to enhance utilization. WHEY PROTEIN MICROFRACTIONS including Alpha-lactalbumin, Glycomacropeptides, Beta-lactoglobulin, Immunoglobulin G (lgG), Lactoferrin, Lactoperoxidase, and various growth factors. Over 3 grams of GLUTAMINE and glutamine precursors. More than 5 grams of BCAAs (Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine) in each scoop.
  • Directions
  • 100% Whey Protein is INSTANTIZED, so it mixes easily in a blend, in a shaker cup, or with a class and a spoon. To prepare simply add 1 rounded scoop of 100% Whey Protein to a blender, shaker, or glass filled with 6-8 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Then blend, shake, or stir for about 15-30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved. SUGGESTED USE: Consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight per day through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements. For best results, consume your daily protein allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.
  • Warnings
  • Do not use a sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children. ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Contains Milk and Soy (Lecithin) Ingredients.

hiddensn yeah, it does what it's suppose to do, and taste decent if you mix it with milk. The cookies and cream doesn't blend as well as the double rich chocolate, but it taste so much better.

comebackman Taste of this stuff is excellent

jcarreno Overall very good protein. The new version is said to have hydrolized whey as well so that is a +. Taste- good, not great, can not compare it with other proteins in that term, such as myofusion, syntha6 or pro complex which taste amazing. Price- good price for what you get, especially the new version. You can get the same quality for less. Overall- good protein, good taste, the price is not the best but doable.

johnny1202 love this protein great taste and awesome for lean mass

yankee65781 Out of all the protein mixes I have had, this is by far the best and best tasting. I have tried 3 regular flavors and 1 special edition (White Chocolate which was the best) and each one was amazing. Personally I like mixing 2 scoops with water (cheaper) but mixing it with milk is a great treat (much like Muscle Milk only smoother). The price for the 5lb tub is expensive but worth it (and most online sites have discounts regularly). Overall I would recommend Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard to everybody.

jerseystar921 love it! Flavors are all really good....relatively low in carbs which is a great thing. Its the only protein powder that ill use at this point.

trean I have been through so many powders over the years, but Optimum Nutrition is my favorite by far. Their flavors are the most varied and the best. I keep a stock of their Whey, Egg, and Casein all the time. Absolutely wonderful.

gicnate O.P is by far the protein that has given me the best results and to me has the best flavor. To bulk with this protein I add 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1/2 cup dry oatmeal, 1 banana and 1;1/2 cup of fat free milk

elimban Its not bad, Prolly one of the best ive used to date. Wouldnt get Vanilla again im more of a chocolate sorta person. No milk just water, Trying to keep the fat intake low. Mix easy.

pooksy love it. my favorite so far.

d1v3r The vannila ice cream is by far my fav......

steevorocker This was the first supplement I started buying, and I have never stopped. Good price, high number of scoops in a bottle, and great taste/mixability. I would lie if I spoke against this protein.... vanilla is AMAZING in orange juice right after workout. But I usually just have chocolate.
