  • How I started?
  • I started working out when I was 16 to get in shape for football and to lose weight. I was always the fat kid growing up and wanted to change the way I look so I joined the local gym and started asking advice from the trainers there. I have been hooked ever since.
  • Why I love it?
  • It is a great stress relief and helps me work on my body image.
  • What motivates me?
  • There are always improvements to make and things to over come in life. Working out is one of the few ways I am able to keep my mind focused on what i want.... I also stay motivated by reminding myself on what body image I would like to have.
  • Who inspires me?
  • Anyone and everyone that have overcome the negatives of life and made it positive.
  • Accomplishments:
  • Being able to overcome my weight problem, which is always a struggle that I will have to deal with. Being able to continue working out after having two shoulder surgeries and one bicep repair and countless other injuries. I have ligament elasticity with causes numerous joint issues but I am still able to work out at a high level with little limitations.
