It is a combination of diet and exercise. I mostly lift weights and I do sprints on the eliptical for abuot 5 to 10 minutes. 2 to 3 times a week. I got back up to 300 lbs. My good friend got me back on track by introducing me to a great site called My Fitness Pal. It is a great site and the databases make it easy to track cals. Here is the link.
