kosanfalcon Wellll...gym prep got totally effed up. Ate preworkout meal 3 hrs before, then had ice cream and sat around like a bum because I thought I wasn't going. Got in touch with a friend at the last second, and since my stomach felt kinda iffy, decided not to eat. Had NO-Shotgun, Hemo-Rage Ultra Concentrate, and 2 scoops of Nitrobolic, and went. Then the gym closed early, so had to cut it short. At least I got some low-rep work in; I'll hit legs again in 5 days, so I can really do it up then, like normal.
