- if i live 2 a grand old age i will write 1 then! and boy have i a story 2 tell!
- How I started?
- at the early age of 10 started of karate at the local pub class. whilst dad enjoyed his pint! aftr progressing in karate moved on 2 kung fu. which took me 2 tae kwon do and finished up with ful contact kick boxing. at the age of 22 i was very lean n tall. hence just like that over night i gave up mma and joined the gym with my younger brother.
- Why I love it?
- every thing i have changed physically about me was done thru resistence training. i love it because its part of me and 2 sum degree has created me! its the progress over the years and time put in and the dedication it is part of my lifestyle. it is 2 me what a pet or a fancy car might be 2 sum body else lol!
- What motivates me?
- im my own motivator and my son encourages me. starting of at 11 stones years ago i have now reached 16 stones at 14 percent body fat. having kept tru 2 myself and being proud having never ever taking any enhancement and being natural.
- Who inspires me?
- inspiration 4 me comes 4rm all walks of life. from the little old lady walking down the road, to the big aeroplanes flying the skys. every day is a blessing 2 be alive that it self is inspiration your ALIVE make it count.
- i never really set out with a game plan! on a personal level i have ticked of many of my desires. and its still full steam ahead for me! for next year 2012 im entering a show and looking 2 place first! also trying my hardest 2 give up choclate lol now that would be truly accomplishing!
