Almost back in business,  I fully ruptured my bicep tendon playing football on February 5th. Had my 6 week check up and my doc says I healed fast and I can start lifting in a month from now. Just curious if anyone had any advice for getting my size/strength back to my bicep (best kind of lifts to do etc.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated I lost almost 4 inches on my bicep because of this injury.

Take it slow and easy. I would do individual arm exercises, maybe 1 more rep on the weak side each set for a while, but at light to medium weight. Slow and steady wins the race. Talk to Dr
