whats your idea of a simple effective fat burning h.i.t session??? im a fan of uphill sprints!

I like working out in 3 min. rounds with the heavy bag. Gets your whole body into the act as long as you keep moving. I like to do about 5 or 6 rounds.

hill sprints are great. I cant run on the ground anymore bc of a knee injury so im stuck to the eliptical bc its low impact. I usually do 8 round of 30 sec sprint and 1 min jog. Sometimes i try and do 1 min sprint and one min sprint. works great. With warm up and cool down its about 20 min.

Jatt I did read in muscle and fitness that for losing fat doing 30 sec. sprints then resting a min and do 30 more seconds and keep doing that was very effective. Something about bringing your heart rate up and down. I do it on the treadmill and eliptical. It seems to work wonders also. But I will admit that I still love the heavy bag. It gets your whole body in the action and follows the same lines as bringing your heart rate up and resting for a min. I hope any of this helps.

trick i learned to help burn fat if your schedule permits is do it 1st thing in the am. Eat your protein whatever that maybe then do your cardio then take your carbs after.

i like to do sprints/walk or slow jog. start off walking for 2 minutes, then sprint for 15 seconds, walk or slow jog for 2 minutes. repeat this cycle 5-10 times. you can increase the time on sprints and reduce the walk/slow jog time as your endurance increases. i also use an elliptical machine on the interval setting and adjust the time settings on each interval level.
