has anyone watched the story on the worlds strongest kid named Richard Sandrak and what did you think of it.

I think he;s too young to be that muscular.

he is too young, his body isnt done developing and strengthening on its own yet. Most trainers think 15-16 is a good age to start.

There have been recent studies that show training at a younger age is actually good for a child's health. However like anything done by children there will always be parents that take it way too far. I think kids should learn to exercise at the age of 10 but it should mostly be body weight type stuff. 12 for weight training and 14 for strength type training.
