Tuesday, July 24, 2012 This week I’m just going to focus on conditioning and Sunday I’ll start my new program. My goal for 2013 is to total 1300. I think that is very doable. If I can get my bench figure out I don’t see why I couldn’t add 75 to 100 pounds to it by March which alone will put me at or over that total. Today elliptical 50 minutes
