For now I’ll continue this thread but I think I may start a new one for my training going forward. I wont make the jump until I decide on my new routine.

This week I’m just going to focus on conditioning and Sunday I’ll start my new program. My goal for 2013 is to total 1300. I think that is very doable. If I can get my bench figure out I don’t see why I couldn’t add 75 to 100 pounds to it by March which alone will put me at or over that total.
