What have you accomplished that your proud of in fitness? Including helping others

My girl is and will always be beautiful. But I helped her from being a skinny fatty to a fitness competitor, Im proud of her strength and determination

Not to be cheesy, but I am proud that I made the step to just get into the gym and improve my body (and life) for the better. That said, I can bench 150 (small numbers compared to some, but that is a lot for me), squat 400, Leg press is over 500. I no longer need diabetic medicines and my asthma only flairs up in allergy season. I used to have chronic lower back pain. That has completely disappeared. I can run for the bus without getting winded. And my skin is amazing! :) Also.... I now like who I am.
