Day off from weights today...Going to hit abs and do some cardio any suggestions?

BARBELL COMPLEXES .. you tube some..... and then you can kind of go from that and make your own.. i like to throw in some other stuff too like pushups , hiesmans , etc

Do the gym five days a week with weights and cardio. My weekend cardio and exercise regimen during the summer is out in the yard and sunshine doing yard work. Mundane but it keeps me moving and actually requires some twist and turn movements I don't get in the gym.

maiden3muscle: "are you in a place where you can do a fast walk?" Yes. My gym has treadmills I can use - Thanks for the suggestions guys. I've been pretty lazy on abs.. so I'm just getting different opinions and trying some things out. Barbell complexes look good..

yea Barbell complexes rock ....and you can make them up to be as hard as you want.. be creative use, the excercises you enjoy doing .. go easy at first ..lol.. i almost made myself puke a few times....but you have to go hard , thats the whole purpose.. good luck ;)
