What about it?
Hitting it up today! And wondering how people feel bout it?
never tried it but it sounds intense,,
I'd love to know which one is the legit workout. I've seen about 4 versions now, all claiming to be THE 300 workout.
I've never tried it myself. What one are you doing? You gonna post the workout and tell us how it is?
So what is the actual workout? I've seen many.

Dang... sounds tough. I could probably manage the 50 pushups. Definately not the pullups or the deads. Wow, now I have something to test myself with someday.
The one I use is: 25 pull-ups 50 deadlifts at 135 pounds 50 push-ups 50 box jumps with a 24-inch box 50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds) 50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise) 25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 300 reps It's crazy as far as cross fit goes
