Yeah days off suck mate,but what i do is do research,wether it watching some youtube for some new workouts/exersizes or just watch pumping iron.

Sets you up for your next workout :)

I do a lot of that as well, browse and surf, I can always learn more about fitness and bodybuilding training, and I love that. And esp. nutrition.

I agree, i hat off days also. I do a lot of research on BBC to get me pumped up for the next day.

I don't like much off days. But if I never had off days, I could never spend a whole day psyching myself up for the next session!

Some of you mentioned research on off days and I found that to a mixed blessing. I may be going on a routine that is just what I need, then read about a new exercise, and change it up when I was only on that routine one session or two. Other times, it's lead me to great revisions. But this site is a great way to spend off days ;)

off days dont exist in my world! Even on my "off" days im doing an hour and a half of cardio plus posing practice...which can be pretty taxing on your muscles if you do it right. lol

Honestly only reason Im off right now , is because I was squatting 505 and I have a very minor hemotoma that the doctor says will heal itself in a few days , thought it was as hernia and I was scared shitless I was gunna be out for months ... thank god .. but yeah sucks , just sitting here, but ill make it worse.
