How long do you stay away from any pre-workout drinks (jack 3d , no explode, m.r.1 ,or ?) and what do you take to get your workout in without anything (nothing,sleep,monster, or?)

I don't lift without, I change them up constantly to keep receptors clean

I tried pre workout stuff before and they never really worked for me. I just go without and still lift the same.

Bro when u get a chance try c4 its the best on the market hands down

couple weeks....but ill take them for months lol. I also cycle through M.R, LIT up and Jack3d

if ya need a break, per say, from the pre's, try 1 slice of wheat bread and grape jelly, worked when times were tough, and even though you are eating, its not very heavy on the gut at all. imo opinion, of course.

agreed with allen on the C4. it kicks in faster than anything ive ever taken. id say take a week off preworkout usually helps so your body doesnt fully adjust to it.
