Whats your pre-workout poison? Most recent was Jack3d, but body got immune to it fast, anything special you do? chug a monster, red bull, honey, eat a shit ton.. lets hear it.

My MR is crazy fast so ii load up on 5lbs through out the day and a double shot coffee and im good. try mixing a sugar free monster with your jack3d. I have a baby so im up in the middle of the night and that usually gets my goin. its crazy but it works

Anything with creatine in it...I'm using C4 Extreme right now but will jump to something else when I am done with my current jug...getting a little immune I guess.

Just make sure you cycle off time to time. I know it can kinda drag yur workout but not doing so can be really hard on your kidneys. Even with milk thisle

jack 3d- then 1morerep (it's a sup look it up) no explode NT (THE STICKS) C4 or if i am low on cash n.o fury from walmart! -it works well with a monster- but water, rest, and caff. works for me.

I am actually going to go w/ straight creatine after I am through w/ my C4 until my meet in July...then I am going to be done w/ supps outside of whey and vitamins for a while. Kinda get tired of taking them after long stretches.

always 3 packs flavored instant oatmeal..and sometimes a no xplode or nitric drink to go with it

Black coffee and protein shake 1hr before training and oats/milk and protein shake after :)
