What do you comsume when you are ill?

I have not been online in a few days as i have been layed up in bed due to a back complaint rearing its ugly head.

I have had it 10 years and past 2 years have been quite bad needing constant painkillers to ease it,anyway to the point i want to make,i am on new painkillers which i dont feel well on and gives me terrible side effects,one of them is no appitite.

So my question is when you guys are ill or layed up in bed and cant train,what do you consume when you feel like this? i can stomach my protien shakes but the thought of solid food is a no go area :)

I dont want to loose what i have worked for over the years so need to keep my strength up until i can train again.

I try to stay hydrated as much as possible and hit up the gatorade, once of the only times I'll drink it regularly without working out. If i can eat normally I will, but I had a stomach bug a couple weeks ago after I got the flu and I dropped about 5 lbs. 

You don't really lose that much from taking a week of two off, mainly effects your endurance and your recruitment of muscles. I tried to continue my program when I got back, but realized I had to just repeat a prior cycle of training. I  am just finishing the new cycle now and I already broke my PR on Squat by 10 lbs and increased in almost all my lifts.
