How many of you do Ab Ripper X?
#2
About to do it for the 1500th time so tired of watching the video, but its a decent workout and i like the pacing of the video over myself. Used to do it 3x a week once I found out about it, do it 1x now, as I needed to step it up and have made a harder one myself.

I will come clean and admit that a couple years ago when my girlfriend started doing p90X I tried doing the ab ripper video. I was like "its sixteen minutes and this shit is for girls" OMG... I never tried it again. Lasted about half way maybe? Brutal. The cardio disc is great for mixing things up and I've started doing the stretch one too on top of the foam roller since I injured my traps. Helps :)

Yeah my mom got the full program. I've never done any of the weight excercises because I can't get mself to not do barbells, but the plyometrics and strecthing ones are really good. I could always make it through doing everything hard, but It killed. It did give me a stronger foundation as it strengthed my obliques and such more. I liked to do it because its like a min-cardio and a good range of exercises to hit all the spots. Sometimes it burns more though because my abs are still done for from my new workout 2 days prior.

I got the whole program but I haven't used it since I got out of the Marine Corps. I just don't really like to do at-home workouts. I definately prefer the gym.

Yeah no way I can bring myself away from doing real squats and such. I have the abs video pretty much memorized by heart. I HATE IT BUT I LOVE IT.

Not sure what that is.

Its part of the P90X program, its the Ab routine. 11 exercises 350 reps nonstop for 16 minutes. Pretty good workout.

Sounds like fun. I always like to try something new.
