Hi friends! Just curious if anyone has a 5-3-1 spreadsheet/calculator? Every time I find one online I am unable to download. I've been seriously looking for 2 weeks! Thanks :)

Hopefully you both got the sheet. If not let me know and I’ll send them again. Anyway, I am assuming that you are familiar with 5/3/1 . If you haven’t I would suggest buying the web book it is worth the 20 bucks. I’ve had really good results using the plan. The trick is sticking to the plan. Here is a basic outline of what I do. Warm up (The spreadsheet has the values calculated on the bottom of each sheet for you) 1x5@40% 1x5@50% 1x5@60% The 5/3/1 routine I like the BBB (Big but boring) routine 5x10@50% to 65% Then I add 2 to 4 accessory lift (Check out my log if you want detail) For deload week I just do 5x10@50% no accessory lifts and I add a 1.5 to 2 mile run (using the term run loosely) Hope that helps, let me know if you have questions
