only have been getting 1 -2 workouts a week for about the last month due to stress at work and home. I now feel it's time to kick it back in and hit it hard. what does anyone think about the strong-lifts 5x5. Going for size and want to stay cut. Is this a good plan even though I'm not that focused on strength?

If you're not going for strength I'd stick to the 8-12 Range to failure. More volume means more hypertrophy.
